Are there costs for hardware, installation, or maintenance?

The Professional plan includes all hardware costs within the subscription fee. For Essential and Standard plans, there is a one-time fee of £200 for the MachineLink device.

There are no installation or ongoing maintenance fees across any FourJaw plan, as the hardware is designed for easy, self-installation.
Is Training and Ongoing Technical Support Included in the Monthly Price?

Yes. FourJaw subscriptions include a tailored onboarding process to ensure you and your teams get up to speed as soon as possible. All technical support is included.

Our teams are based in the UK and are available by phone, email, instant chat and where required, via a Teams/Zoom call. 

Customers on our Pro Plan get a designated customer success manager as their main point of contact.

Are there discounts available for larger orders? We offer volume-based discounts that increase with the number of machines you install FourJaw on. Discounts can reach up to 40% off each machine's subscription cost, depending on the total number of machines monitored.
Is there a minimum number of machines required to sign up? There is a minimum order quantity of 5 machines.
Is FourJaw a cost-effective alternative to traditional systems?

Yes. Unlike traditional machine monitoring solutions, FourJaw does not require costly PLC integrations. Our IoT Hardware is designed to be plug-and-play, ensuring it is easy to install (minimising disruption to your factory floor).
Are Software Updates Included in the monthly cost? Yes, because FourJaw's software is web-based, our monthly SaaS pricing model includes ongoing product updates, ensuring you are always running the latest and most secure version of our software.
