Project Overview

Maher rolled out FourJaw across key production areas to monitor machine utilisation and energy consumption. The implementation started with a benchmarking exercise, validating FourJaw’s utilisation figures against internal job booking data. This helped Maher set a realistic and data-backed goal: a 5% annual improvement in utilisation.

The FourJaw platform now feeds live dashboards on the shop floor and integrates, via API, with Maher’s internal analytics tools for deeper insights. The team uses the data to:

  • Track and respond to downtime in real time

  • Analyse shift-by-shift performance, including lights-out activity

  • Measure and reduce energy use from idle or underutilised machines
