We believe the best manufacturing software should work like the factories it supports—always improving. That’s why we’re rolling out a series of powerful new features and announcing a bold new approach to how we build and deliver value to you. Here’s what’s coming in May:
Having live, accurate and relevant information at your fingertips is essential for manufacturing productivity. That's true no matter where you work in the factory, or what you do in your daily role. That's why we're launching custom dashboards that give you complete control over the information you see. Check out the new custom dashboard functionality:
Users can create customisable dashboards specific to their meetings, projects, or daily activities, meaning they always have the information they need.
Create dashboards tailored to meetings, KPIs, and daily operations. Use our widget library to quickly build a dashboard for a one-off meeting, to bring colleagues up to speed, or to support a business case.
Monitor performance, spot trends, and align teams— all from a single view. Auto-refreshing dashboards keep your finger on the pulse, factory-wide. Assemble data from across your business into a single dashboard so you're always in the know.
Automate dashboard delivery to yourself and your colleagues via email. Prefer to print your data out? No problem, download them as PDFs for printing.
Machine operators are at the heart of production—so we’ve made FourJaw even easier for them to use. The updated operator interface is faster, smarter, and designed to fit seamlessly into their workflow, helping them stay focused while capturing better data.
A new, more intuitive tablet UI makes it easier to label downtime and spot what needs attention.
Operators can filter logs to the current shift, keeping data focused and actionable. They can also refer to the previous shift to ensure they have everything labelled correctly.
Our new Downtime Auto Labeller feature reduces admin by automatically tagging stoppages. Downtime (like tool changes or breaks) can now be logged in advance, freeing up operators to stay productive.
These updates are just the beginning. As we move into this new phase of product development, our focus remains clear: building the tools manufacturers need to boost productivity, empower their teams, and make better decisions, faster.
Look out for the next product release communications in May.
