FourJaw CEO reflects on a successful but challenging 2025

As we approach the end of 2025,  FourJaw CEO and Co-founder, Chris Iveson, reflects on what has been another significant year of change for FourJaw and says a sincere thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey.

This year hasn’t been without its challenges. Manufacturers worldwide have continued to navigate economic uncertainty, skills shortages, and relentless pressure on productivity. But it’s precisely in this environment that clarity, focus and practical impact matter most, and that’s where I’m proud of what the FourJaw team has delivered.

Product launches

One of the biggest milestones of the year was the launch of our new Production Dashboards. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and it’s been hugely encouraging to see customers using them to gain faster, clearer insight into performance and make better decisions on the shop floor. The response has reinforced something we strongly believe: manufacturers don’t need more complexity, they need visibility of fundamental data they can trust.

New home and look

2025 was also a year of change and growth for FourJaw as a business. We moved into our new headquarters at Pennine 5 in Sheffield, a new home designed to support our growing team and give us the flexibility we need as we continue to scale in the years ahead. It’s more than just a new office; it’s a foundation for the next phase of our journey.

We also took a bold step forward with the launch of our new brand. After four years, we said goodbye to the original FourJaw identity and introduced a completely reimagined design language. Every detail was rebuilt to better reflect who we are today, the impact we deliver for manufacturers, and where we’re heading next. The new brand marks a clear statement of intent.

Awareness drives demand

In June, we saw record levels of interest in FourJaw at Smart Factory Expo. The conversations we had there with manufacturers actively looking for practical, ROI-driven solutions were a powerful validation of the problem we’re solving and the value our technology is delivering across the sector.

Foundations of our community

This year also marked the beginning of the FourJaw Community. While it’s still early days, we’ve already run three successful webinars and started creating a space for manufacturers to share ideas, challenges and learning. In 2026, we’ll be building on this with quarterly events and the launch of a new podcast series extending the conversation beyond technology and into real-world manufacturing improvement.

Championing UK Tech

We were also proud to join a group of leading South Yorkshire businesses at the London Stock Exchange, helping to champion regional investment and showcase the strength of manufacturing and technology innovation outside the capital. It was a reminder of the role regional businesses can play on a national and global stage!

In Summary

Above all, throughout 2025, we stayed true to our vision: maximising manufacturing productivity.

Today, FourJaw supports customers in all four corners of the world, helping teams unlock capacity, improve performance and make better decisions with confidence, and no better example of this is how our customer, Lister Windows, used FourJaw insight to unlock capacity that enabled it to produce an additional 250 window frames per week!

None of this would be possible without our customers, partners and the incredible FourJaw team. Your trust, feedback and commitment continue to shape what we build and how we grow.

We head into 2026 with optimism, ambition and a real hunger to deliver even more impact for manufacturers worldwide.

Thank you for being part of the journey, and I look forward to what we’ll achieve together next year.
